01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Player") and ZJ999 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Operator") governing your access to and use of the ZJ999 website located at zj999.cam and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, instant games and any other entertainment features provided therein.

03 Account Eligibility

Registration and use of ZJ999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or your local laws, whichever is the greater.
2. You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.

04 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on ZJ999. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonus funds.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and contact details. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ZJ999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your account balance will be returned to you subject to standard withdrawal procedures and completed KYC verification.

05 KYC & Identity Verification

ZJ999 is required to conduct identity verification (Know Your Customer, or KYC) for the purposes of confirming Player age, preventing fraud, and complying with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

5.1 Required Documents

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

06 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 20× wagering requirement necessitates PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a bonus is active, individual bet sizes are typically capped (commonly between PKR 500–1,000 per round). Placing bets above this limit may result in forfeiture of the entire bonus balance.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted at ZJ999's sole discretion. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet or series of bets at any time and without providing a reason. A bet is not confirmed until a confirmation message has been issued by the Platform.

8.2 Errors and Malfunctions

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZJ999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of ZJ999 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction of residence provides otherwise.

ZJ999 does not claim to be subject to Pakistani law or to hold any licence issued by a Pakistani governmental, regulatory or financial authority. The laws of Pakistan — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose restrictions on gambling activities.
